I recently added some new soil to my 32oz mantis habitat, and noticed some centipedes wriggling around down there. They’re really small, less than an inch, maybe a centimeter. I was just wondering if they would be a threat to my mantis? Also, is this habitat too small for them? There’s only about an inch of substrate, and there seems to be several centipedes in there.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I wouldn't take the chance and suggest removing the centipedes. They can give humans a nasty bite, so I'd be afraid they would hurt the mantis. Some even inject toxins through their legs.
