5 new mantids

So my 5 new mantis species are (sorry I don't have a good enough camera to take close-ups. They are all L2, L3.

Hierodula majuscula L2, Hierodula venosa L2, Rhombodera megaera L3, Sphodromantis sp. (either a 'blue flash' or a bacetti) L2/3, Plistospilota guineensis L4 (aka the Mega Mantis) 

 

This is the mega mantis (L4):



This adds to my collection of 4 ghosts (adult and subadult), 1 adult Brunner's, 1 L3 Orchid, and an adult Rhombodera extensicollis. Oh and of course my L5 Chinese mantis raised since a hatchling.

Thanks. Yes I have the little guys each in a nice 32oz with fabric vents.

Looks like moist coco-fiber to me.

Yep. Coco fiber!

Also just got a Hierodula membranacea to add to the collection. I currently have 11 different species!
