A couple of green ghosts.

Just wanted to share a few pictures of my green ghosts. These were the first mantids I owned, hatched from an ooth agent A gave me. Also, trying to figure out my new camera, so bear with me.

















Some of the images were touched up a bit, but the colors remain pretty accurate.

Really pretty. I need to get a macro lens so I can take close videos/pictures.

Thanks! I'm actually shooting with a canon powershot. It seems to work pretty well for shooting smaller things. I would love to be able to afford a macro lens though.

Also, I'm assuming both of them are female?

Yes. I don't think males come in green.

Very nice! I have a canon powershot too, but it's not the one I use for my mantid photos. But I do know that they have a nice macro feature.
