I didn't realize they had such beautiful coloration until I flashed the light at it to get some pics. Under normal light they look uniformly black/brown on dorsal side.

It's funny comparing them to my smallest species yet, Japanese boxer mantids (Acromantis japonica), yours make my boxers look huge.

Thank you  These are probably around the same size as A. japonica when they are 1st instar though I can't say for certain since I've never seen any Acromantis nymphs in real life
