so i am starting a log to keep track of my acrosternum hilare eggs

here is a pic of what they looked like yesterday:

and today they r gettin closer to hatching

they r said to take 5 days to hatch, i had them for 3!!!

nice! i dont know why peeps think they r pests, i love them!! the eggs r almost all pink so hatching should take place soon, maybe if i get a good next generation i will sell some, they r fascinating pets and all u gotta do is throw a tomato in the cage for them to eat and they live several months, i've never found large enough numbers to get a colony going but these eggs should suffice :)

 
I would love to send you some because if you kill them the stink attracts more, so i guess it would be an effective way lol

yes, i wouldnt pay too much for them seeing i'm like the only one who thinks they r cool but i'd still take as many as possible

sounds good, especially if they r acrosternum hilare :)

 
no animal will eat them except mantids, at least that's what i read in a book lol. They are invasive so no natural predators.

 
Good lord. Come pick all you want off my cucumbers. I squished a bunch yesterday and I still can't get the smell off me. All gardeners despise them. You want some Japanese beetles? :)

Can u catch me some? Half of mine died for some reason :(

Maybe they got too hot or hungry

I'll trade u for some lobata nymphs...
