This generation of M. binotatas has quite a bit variation in color. Here's a sub-adult with a reddish coloration:

Wow that is awesome!! I remember having one, I love them on how aggressive they were!!
Oh yeah, my favorite is when they literally tackle their prey! They jump from across the enclosure and often land on their backs, but they always seem to catch their food.
