How do you know when a female is eggbound? when you have 2 mated females and one has laid 2 ooths (in same conditions)and the other one has laid NONE ,what else can you do ? besides humidity, free rangeing, varied diet, remateing, done it all what next? she is fat and her droppings are getting smaller,...any suggestions?

You can't really know. I am guessing these two are the same age? If you are positive she should have laid by now that is all you can go off of. It sounds like you know what to do. My only suggestion is to give her plenty of space and many choices. It may not work though and if it doesn't there isn't anything you can do.

change there diet, add a lil more heat n humidity, dont feed them crickets ! ull have a better chance she will lay fertile.

so is it safe to say the female that allready layed 2 ooths are not fertile?
No! Treat those ooths like gold dust! The time between attempted mating and laying has little if anything to do with whether the eggs are fertile. In fact, I would take her laying as a good sign.

Sometimes a mantis will be come egg bound because of low humidity, but if both are living under the same conditions, and one has already laid X2, this doesn't seem to be the reason.

I think that Hibiscusmile gave the best advice on this one!
