Are Taumantis and Tarachodes out of culture?

I had these species last year and really enjoyed them. Are they still around?

I hope so..... One of my big fails was (not) breeding the Taus :S

I have an adult female tau that never was able to mate. She is still really healthy and should lay a few more times before passing. If anyones is intersted she is only $8. No males though
