Their care is very similar to a mantis or at least that's how I keep them.
Paper towel on the bottom, maybe a few things for them to climb on, just normal temps lik 73-80 degrees F.
They are insectavores so just feed them smaller prey items. I know they really enjoy worms (like meal worms from a pet store) and caterpillars and other juicy insects. They bite their prey and inject a vemon to kill them I think so watch out as they can cause you some pain as well lol. Then they suck the juices out through their proboscis. It is really pretty cool to watch. I'm they could eat moths, small crickets, fruit flies, but they do love those meal worms.
They molt like a mantis but I think it only takes them 5 molts to reach adulthood not 7. Just like with a mantis, they are vulnerable and should be messed with until a few days after the molt.
