Automatically signing out?

This morning, I noticed that I have to sign in every time I exit my browser. This never happened before. It is not a big deal for me as it is just a couple of clicks and I never forget my sign in info.

I just wanted to know if anyone else experienced a change with it recently.

Perhaps it is something on my end?

I haven't had to sign in today after exiting the forum while using my desktop computer... I usually have to login from my laptop or iPhone because I don't access this site often from those devices, and the cookies probably expire.

I haven't heard of anyone else having an issue or of any forum software updates, but if others are having issues, then we can check with Peter.

A "cookie" should be stored on your computer that saves your forum login session and preferences. It sounds like the cookie could be getting deleted on your computer.

What browser are you using? Was anything updated yesterday? Did you make any changes to your browser settings or any changes to your antivirus software?

I had internet explorer set to delete cookies when I exit browsing.
