Bad To The Bone!!

Howdy, got a Hierodula Parviceps (Asian Marbled Mantis) a couple days ago..."Very Agressive and will eat any kind of insect"...SOOOO True!! Your fingers included...This guy is SCARY..Very Intimidating with good reason. I put i thin cotton liner glove on before trying to move this guy..he promptly grabbed the glove and started chewing on it(He had been fed several things beforehand)...He struck at a cricket and missed but picked up a chunk of moss bedding about 2"x2"x1" right of the bottom and began chewing it up!! This guy is a Terminator..no joke. His/her color is beautiful but the beauty is certainly overshadowed by its ferocity! I hope he doesn't get any bigger.....

Sorry to have to tell you this but those guys get 4 feet long and have been known to eat small house pets. Just make sure you dont feed them after midnight!
