I have been very successful in raising Blue Bottles to the point of having too many for my own use. $2.00 for 100 pupae. I can also provide the spikes (maggots) if you prefer. I guess these would have to be shipped priority at $4.95. Shipping costs are why I thought I'd raise my own.
The pupae will be totally fresh, but I don't think first class would be fast enough. I can, at your request, send first class at a substantial discounted shipping. I don't know what that would be, but probably a couple of bucks.
I can ship mon-wed (right?) for best chance of quick arrival, but will post whenever you ask. I go to the post office daily so it is no problem. Or...if you live locally in southern California "pick up" is an option if you want to make the drive to San Pedro.
