Hey y’all!

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this. I’ve been worried about one of my orchid boys for a few days. It seems like he’s ready to molt and refuses food. He’s been acting this way for a few days and he is behind 2 molts and very tiny compared to his brothers.

What I’m concerned about is that his eyes aren’t adjusting in color. They constantly stay pink/red even in direct bright sunlight. He has also been constantly moving his abdomen (wiggling it up/down). None of his other 5 siblings have done this before. I’ve put a video below, any advice or help is appreciated!!

The humidity and temp is exactly where it should be, so I can’t see that being an issue. Is he just being a little weirdo or is something wrong?

Update:

I have decided to name him “wonky boy”, WB for short. I found him on the ground in his enclosure stuck in his molt this morning. I thought he had passed, but wasn’t ready to call time of death quite yet. I misted him and managed to get him vertical. He’s hanging upside down right now! I was genuinely shocked to see he had wings. Might be time to double check the gender of my other orchids? lol.

Side note- his other 3 siblings that I have named are petal, peach, and phlox, and he’s over here hanging on for dear life like … hello, I am wonky boy!!
