Just wanted to share some of my bug art to fellow insect lovers! If anybody has any suggestions for a species I should draw feel free to comment or message me! I think I can edit this post over time as I make more pieces, and if not I'll just reply to the thread with more images.

(From left to right)
Dermestid beetles on a dog skull, triop (not a bug but close enough), acorn weevil grub, a character of mine reimagined as a praying mantis (based off of a zebra mantis!)

About 5 months later....I finally did draw it! I drew a nymph and might try to draw an adult later.

Plus some other bug art over the past few months. I got some crayons and watercolor markers for Christmas so I've been trying them out!

And I've been trying out 3d modeling! I printed this guy out with a 3d printer and he looks pretty cool. Still a little wonky since I'm still trying to figure out fiber settings for the printer and export codes.

(right is a failed attempt, but the honeycomb pattern inside is cool)
