She's definitely molting now, I would guess that she's actually presub and is molting to subadult, if her wingbuds aren't swollen.

Yes, very normal! Mantids can and will go a week plus without eating before a molt and you just have to trust that all is ok. Of course if you give them good conditions: warmth, good amount of humidity, and put them in a place that doesn’t get high traffic, they will probably molt sooner than later.
In the picture provided, the wing buds actually do look swollen to me and she very well may be going in to her adult stage. Keep us updated and good luck.

Much thanks for all the replies! She has yet to molt. Keeping my fingers cross! Will update once she molt successfullyYeah is normal that a mantis stops eating a few days before preparing to molt. My Ghost just did that (her abdomen is after molt very thin. )
