Can praying mantids swim?

I was just curious? so before i dump him in the bath to see....

To my knowledge, mantids can't swim. It'll drown.

I don't think they can swim, but I think they may be able to tread on top of the water longer than I can. =P

Not much at all! When they are very small, they find places to drown, like drops of water from misting, that you might not even notice until you find the dead nymph.No bath night for them!
