chinese ooths

Today i found some ooths , brought them home,and made an enclosure.Does the one on the one on the right have a good chance of hatching cosidering how it looks compared to the other one?The enclose has dried sphagnum moss ,is partially on a heat mat and has some infrared light .I sprayed it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             thank you

If they are not hatched they will hatch. You dont need any extra heat. Remember to mist them a few time s a week.

I would hold onto both..  I've found Chinese ooths before that were in horrible conditions and some that appeared to have been hatched that actually hatched for me later on.

They  hatch pretty quickly when brought indoors. I wouldn't put them together like that. I was just out the other day and counted well over 100 of them in a small area.

Well whos to say theyre all to hatch at once?i just took 2 just in case if one hatches ill wait to take the other back

They could hatch close together. It will also be somewhat difficult to get the second one out while that small container is filled with nymphs.

Need a closer look but they appear to have hatched already. .. Can you take a few closer picks... You can notice openings. For your sake hope I'm wrong but consider WC ooths will remain on trees or bushes for a long time after hatching so far more common to find hatched vs unhatched. I learned this the hard way years ago.

My money's on already hatched, typically fertile unhatched Chinese ooths don't have the open slits as yours do

I've had w.c ooths that looked like those that have still hatched though... in my closet actually, I too thought they we're previously hatched.

As I said, I'd still hold onto them.

i think they have a high potential of hatching btw the slits may look open but theyre not
