Cool packs for shipping

Does anyone know what type of cooling packs are best to use for shipping mantises in warmer weather? Like what type can you use? I don't want to use anything that might be detrimental to mantises or anything. And where I can get some? And what brands?

What exactly is phase 22? what is its full name and where can it be gotten? Mostly when I look up cold packs I just get exercise related items which are expensive and usually quite large.

phase 22 is the product name, and a lot of reptile shipping supply companies sell them. they are expensive but reusable.
