Hey I was wondering has anyone tried Cork Bark with any success in roach colonies? As opposed to cardboard egg crates? Would it be detrimental at all to roaches? Say if they ate it and its not good for them? Has anyone here tried to use cork bark with roaches before?

Using cork as a substrate/hide/surface for roaches should be totally fine.

I'd just suggest to keep species-specific considerations in mind though. For instance, I've read about someone using using PVC pipes as hides for red runners, which worked amazing but their egg cases ended up blocking the pipes due to not giving live birth.
