Too bad they cant use some portion of it to regrow the species, kinda like those 2000 year old seeds they recently planted. They got one to grow, and it's been an extinct species of either palm or date or something since the time of the Romans invaded.

lol but then again if they were able to I might be scared.

You never know, maybe it would get bigger than we're used to at maturity and eat housecats! lol

This is gonna sound wrong, but then I guess we wouldnt have such full animal shelters.
