Well it happend. My 1st male was shedding to adult and apparently had a rough time. By the time I found him he was bent very oddly, and one of his big wings had gotten turned down and was wrapped around him the wrong way. frackin darn stupid bad sheds!!!! Poor guy couldnt even walk right without dragging his abdomen across the floor.

So now Im really hoping I have another Male, and that he makes it all the way with no issues. That one little guy is gonna be busy, I have 2 full on adults females and another one about to shed to adult anyday. I hope none of them try and eat him!

But still darn it! Id raised him since a nymph..

He was a Stagmomantis Californica or a Limbata. We never really decided since they look so much alike.

Good news tho, the other one that I thought might be a male did end up shedding to adult yesterday and did it fine! He's got nice long wings that are fine and not curled at all! :D

He's gonna be one busy little guy with all my females lol. It's still kinda sick that theyre all from the same ooth tho. Im so glad I live in a modern world where that doesnt happen with Humans, well at least definatley not here in LA. lol

Now how long should he be adult before I attempt to mate him?

The girls shed to adult in Mid July.
