Drain flys as feeders

For years ive had small amounts of drain flys in my bathroom not know what they were, i would see maybe 20 or so a year... i was wondering if some could be a snack for mantises?

Personally I especially enjoy feeding any bug I find to my pets(or my carnivorous plants) I bet they'd love em.
