Exporting live insects from Thailand to USA

I m interested in few things.

Could You tell me possible is export from Thailand to USA a live insects ? If yes, how may I send them to USA ?

Can I use the same method which I m using now ?- shipping mantis in the letter ( packed into box , box in envelope )

I just want to avoid problem with customs.

Any one can explain me what I need to do ?

I know this is illegal , but maybe some advices ?

Sending from PL to USA is illegal too...

In EU sending alive insects or other animals to another countries in EU is illegal too but people do this all the time ...

But they do it at their own risk and their own discretion when they are exporting live insects or ooths from outside of the USA to the USA.
