Feeding your Ant Mantises?

Searched the forum but didn't see anything specific on the Ant mantids Odontomantis Planticeps...

What foods do you feed from L1 to adult?

I'm thinking of trying these this year and want to know what I'm committing to food supply wise.

They are SSSSSSSSSpecial, but still only get what all the others do, fruit flies :lol:

er...not through adulthood though, right? What do you end up feeding adults?

they get house flies, mealworms, and the female adults will eat small crickets and bb flies!
