First molt! (with me)

My Hierodula venosa, Flotsam, molted this morning! I AM SO PROUD OF HER! Now she's l3 I think! I know it might not really be a she but I've got my fingers crossed. Does anyone know how long between l3 and l4?

My mantids molts 1x every month or so. I don't know if that is normal, but fine to me.
