Yes. Just make sure the media isn't too wet so they don't accidentally fall in and drown. Lots of the mantids like taking up station on the rim of the cultures or sitting up on the excelsior... food readily available at all times.

right. Ive done this with non-flying cultures before, and the nymphs definately do that. It definately takes the headache away of feeding for the most part
