at what stage is it ok to start feeding an african mantis crickets?

how long do i keep feeding it fruit flies?

they can have fruit flies as long as they can hold them and they can have pinhead crickets as soon as they can hold them and advance them from there to bigger prey, as in bigger flies and cricks! Dont know, never counted, but 6 to 8 seems likely
