food and feeeding

i have a mio or a statilo mantis nymph and its kinda not eating the food im feeding it because its to big. im afraid its gonna die the mantis a little larger than a mosquito so if you know what i can feed it message me back.

Fruit flies or maybe even houseflies. Or you could do small crickets or roaches. If the food will fit in its front legs it can eat it.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with Rick. Most Pet Smart stores will have fruit flies. Not that they're the best ones, but they'll work for now.

Or you can try cutting up the food you do have right now into smaller pieces and hand feeding with a long pin/needle, tweezers, or toothpick.
