Last summer, medum house flys were the diet. They are currently on small roaches.

l4-l6 they can handle flies and small crickets and at l6 then they can handle larger crickets as I have a couple l6 shields that can handle crickets being the only food source I can buy right now and they have no problem with those so just that you know that crickets are not a problem for them and I have 6 shields from l4 to l6 and can vouche on the crickets part!
