from the Denver and Boulder area

Hi,

I am John, retired from engineering and IT. I decided that for a small pet praying mantis makes a lot of sense as compared to frogs, snakes and lizards types . Currently have eleven mantis.  May look into trades in the Denver Boulder area. I am getting good information from this board.

Welcome John!  Great story and a great hobby!  My uncle retired a few years ago.  He has some heart issues so he was looking for less strenuous hobby to occupy his time. I gave him some chinese and H. venosa nymphs this spring and he's seriously into it now!  Has some indoor enclosures and build a big outdoor/terrarium type cage as well.  Sends me photos almost every day now!
