what species could be find on that island ?

On this area are avaible Bleharopsis and Empusa ?

A few years ago, Frey, someone tentatively identified a mantis caught near my house as Pseudoyersinia sp. It wasn't, alas, but I do know that Pseudoyersinia teydeana and my favorite Blepharopsis mendica are found in the Canary Islands, so that should give you a start. BTW, if you do a Google search, you might want to use "canary islands" instead of "fuerteventura".
