Gambian spotted-eye flower mantis

Hi I'm fairly new to the mantis hobby. Does any one have some advice on keeping and breeding Gambian spotted-eye flower mantis? That would be great if you could also share some of your experiences with this species.

Not too hard, they are more of a plague than anything :lol:
