Hello, anyone know if this is a male or female, I would need to order the opposite ***.

Its an L5 if you need it.

I say very tentatively that it is a female. However, we would need to see the segments on the back of the abdomen to know for sure!

She is an L5 how long would it take her to become an adult?

You have a girl!!  and it's highly dependable on feeding, temperature, and how fast the mantis itself grows. I would suggest taking a look at https://www.keepinginsects.com! They have a great chart about the growth of a ghost mantid and great information in general
