Thank you for taking the effort to contact Villosa on our behalf and for informing us of his lack of response. I also appreciate the other members of this community who have shared their experiences with this seller.

Being new to this forum, and this being my first purchase, I feel a little more secure in knowing that I am not going through this alone. I will initiate the transaction dispute with Paypal.

I would like to inform the community that I have received a full refund from Michael Kuo (Villosa). He told me that he had been in the hospital with complications.

To Villosa: Please try to keep in touch with your customers as when you don't hear from your seller for three weeks, whatever the reason, you start to assume you are being ripped off. I understand you were in the hospital so I would like to apologize to you for calling you a scammer and will edit my previous post.

Michael (Villosa) emailed me and has asked me to share this with everybody...

I'm truly sorry I had to put every one of you through this. Please know that I care about this community very much and though we've had scammers in the past, I am not one. This became a situation that fell out of my hands. I just want it to end. I'm so sorry, I hope everyone can forgive me and welcome me back with open arms when I return. Sometimes I don't even know where I can go from here. It just won't heal, the doctors keep cleaning and cleaning but it just won't heal. They say I'm stressed. I won't waste anymore of your time, I just hope I can come back one of these days and just talk to everyone about mantids again.

Villosa also explained a bit more about his situation, but it was too personal for me to pass on. But he did ask me to post that quoted section above. Seems he's feeling pretty bad and I'm glad to see Shorty's previous post saying that he'd received the refund from Villosa.

I too have received a full refund from Villosa and a reply explaining his situation. I hope he recovers soon.

Thanks everybody for all of your communications and updates. This community is great.

 
I too received a full refund and was informed of his medical situation, and that that was the reason for the delay--he was in the hospital.

I would order from him again, and just wanted to let him know there are no hard feelings on my part. I haven't posted anything in the breeder feedback forum, and have no reason to now, since the deal was never completed.
