I have the following silk moths available as pupae/cocoons:
1 Citheronia splendens sinaloensis pair: $25
This is the desert counterpart to the regal moth, Citheronia regalis regalis. The caterpillars have ravenous appetites and will devour sweetgum. Last instar caterpillars can be over 4 inches long!
4 Hyalophora cecropia cocoons: $8/each
The largest native north American moth, the caterpillars of this species are big and colorful with red, yellow, and blue tubercles. They are not picky and will eat various species of maple.
1 Automeris io pair: $10
The adults of this moth are colorful with large eyespots on their hindwings. The larvae are gregarious in early instars and will eat many different food plants. In later instars, contact with this species will cause excessive skin irritation, so caution must be exercised to avoid touching them!
