It's obviously a male Like was already mentioned, you can see from the antennae that it's a male and not fully mature.

Thanks guys! Taking a good picture of their abdomen was to difficult so I just did a headshot, as I knew you could sex them this way.

I was really hoping this was a female though, because it appears I have no females that have molted to sub yet. lame

Likely just another one or two molt and he will tranform into a handsome male with wings!
