Gongylus gongylodes questions

im getting an ooth very soon. i know to keep them at 90-100F and 50% humid.

i know they only eat flying insects though, where can i find normal fruit flies and not just the flightless ones?

any other tips on keeping these guys would be much appreciated thanks you.

spider pharm has fruit fly pupae, it will fly, just go to www.spiderpharm.com and order a small packet, u can put enough in the cage with them to hatch and self feed, dont overdo it, u will freak them out as new babies.
