Yeah, it's always fun to watch them take down a good sized cricket. The downside is that they won't finish, so a lot of it will go to waste...

wow. It has a lot of character- doesn't even look real.. lol The ooth does totally look like salmon sushi.

How they are able to tackle and grab onto large preys with their skinny raptorial front legs with extremely short tibia always amazes me. I'd say pound-for-pound the best mantis fighter in the world.
