After a long and harrowing generation the Haania confuse (Moss Mantis) have finally reproduced! This species is VERY delicate and requires a very humid, moss/twig filled, bioactive environment to thrive. As nymphs they are only able to eat springtails and other tiny insects typically used as “clean up crews” in bioactive environments. They are TINY as nymphs and we only ship ooths of this species as the nymphs require extreme vigilance and a stable environment so shipping would likely kill them. Ooths typically hatch between 4 and 8 nymphs and need to be kept in a humid (70-80%) and warm (75-80 degrees) for them to hatch properly. These mantis are for experienced individuals looking to try their hand at a really unique and interesting species. Really only looking for trades for other interesting species such as Hymenopus, Truncata, other dead leaf species, etc.
