I often have someone out chilling on one of my desk plants. Well, at least they are chilling on the plant when they are not busy leaping a foot off my desk to surprise land on my cheek while I am busy cleaning out their cage. Apparently, I missed a spot.

Pretty much only when cleaning cages. Excessive handling is detrimental to their health.

I often see you mention this, do you have an article on a study done on this?

I only handle them when cleaning their enclosures. Too much handling would stress them out. I usually leave them alone and would watch them doing what they supposed to do. (grooming themselves, eating, molting etc) lol
