Hello from Tenafly, New Jersey!

Hi, I'm Victor and I have recently restarted keeping praying mantids as a hobby...  I kept them as a kid many years ago.  Now, my two kids, who are 7 and 9, have joined in my passion and we are currently raising many chinese praying mantids that are in their L4/L5 stage.  I forgot how fun these things are!  My wife has actually gotten into it and she no longer is terrified of the Hydei larvae ("maggots") and other insects that we feed to the Mantids.  We are in Tenafly, New Jersey and enjoy DIsney, Star Wars, fishing, autocross and Mantids!

Thanks to all of you!  My wife has allowed mealworms into the house with no problems!  I'm not sure she would approve of "real" maggots but we shall see!
