Hello, new owner from MA

Hi, I'm am a new mantis owner I've always loved mantids and wanted a pet mantis since i was a kid but I was never able to find one in the wild. I stumbled upon this community recently. Previously I hadn't really thought of purchasing one online or that there was a community like this, it's really awesome. Anyways i have a spiny flower and ghost mantis that both recently reached adulthood, my ghost mantis just molted to adult this morning! both females. It's been really really fun raising them and watching them grow, I have 2 nieces who have been helping out and they both love them. I've been looking to get a bigger species perhaps Thistle or Giant Rainforest next and/or try breeding.

Yeah I would like to try if i can find some males, I've been checking the buy/sell forum here incase something pops up but i'm not sure where else i could look. The sites i've been using mainly sell nymphs but i've been looking on bugsincyberspace, mantidkingdom, panterrapets. i've seen a couple others but prices were way higher then these... Is there any other sites or places that you guys use?

I feel like my spiny would be really easy to breed, i don't know if all spinys are like her or not but she's very apathetic, she doesn't really move much. I accidentally left her on my desk all day once and came back and she was in the same spot, my ghost would be gone in a hour if i did that. She doesn't mind being touched at all i could probably sit there and poke her in the face over and over and shed just take it. She seems very healthy too, looks great, eats good and is very alert she just doesn't seem to care about anything. I don't think she'd be resistant to mating or try to eat her mate.
