Hey everyone, my name’s Wesley and I’m from Alabama. I’m an art teacher who got into the hobby around this time last year, and I have since owned about 8 ghost mantises, and I have raised and bred a handful of Carolina mantises that I have caught around my home. One of my favorite things to do is build enclosures since it helps me to exercise my creativity in this hobby. I was referred to Mantid Forum because of my search for a specific species, but I’m glad to be here and learn from other members as I become evermore fascinated by these incredible creatures.
