Hestiasula sp. (Boxer Mantis) Communal?

Hi friends,

I hope this is the appropriate place to post this question...

Does anyone have any experience with Hestiasula sp. (Boxer Mantis)?

I happened to purchase a couple from Mantid Kingdom and was wondering if anyone could chime in on these species.

More specifically can they be housed communally? Or are they a pretty aggressive species?

One thing I did notice is they are very active!! Jumped from place to place when I first handled them.

I don't think they are a communal species, and even if they were considered communal I wouldn't risk housing them communally because of risk of cannibalism.

Definitely not communal. The females are very aggressive predators.
