I'm new to mantids and right now I have an L2 Orchid Mantis on its way! I hope to get more mantids eventually when I'm more experienced, like an African mantis, ghost mantis, and flower-like mantids.

I have experience with other insects like butterflies and other aquatic animals like fish, but not with mantids.

Welcome, and enjoy your tiny baby!   Be sure to read the dedicated caresheet if you haven't already, and feel free to ask questions if you can't find the answer here on the forums.  Orchids are on my "to try" list (aren't they on everybody's?), but at the moment I've got ghosts and they are super cool too.
