Hi, my name’s Alex and I’ve kept a variety of mantids over the years. I also have jumping spiders, tarantulas, a giant Madagascan hissing cockroach and a giant millipede. I also have a corn snake and a royal python. Macro photography is a passion of mine and mantids are the perfect subject

Beautiful pic! Orchids are just so stunningly gorgeous! And I love their personality!! I know what you mean about losing them. I just lost my orchid and it makes me so sad. She had a permanent place on the kitchen table! Her empty terrarium is still there. I’m looking for another female right now. She almost made a year so I feel lucky!
