How long before a male can mate with another female

I have 4 female Mantis Religiosa and 2 males. I mated two of the females last night but I was wondering when I can use the males again to mate with my other two females?

This is all new and exciting for me. This was my first attempt to mate matids and I was successful with both and both of the males survived, :lol:

Anyway any help with this would be appreciated.Here is a pic of one of lucky the couples.

A couple of days should be enough time for them to recharge.

The more you wait the more chance you have to maximize sperm production in the male. Personally, I would wait 4-7 days, feeding the male good quality meals during those days.
