How long do female Mantids stay pregnant?

Recently my brother and I found 3 tenodera sinesis. They are all pregnant and I am wondering how long do they stay pregnant? I hope they are not eggbound because that would be terrible.

Shes probably carrying eggs, but there's no way to be sure they are fertile.

Unless there's some exception I'm not aware of, all mantids are impregnated for life. I have heard of people re-mating after 5-6 ooths but only as a precaution.

I was breeding one of the females with my male 2 times but he died 3 days ago

Wild mantids are usually already mated. They lay the eggs a few weeks after mating.
