As Patrick stated, 2 weeks is a good base number. All the female Creo's I have had have been very blatant about calling, so my suggestion would be to wait until they tell you they are ready.

 
My creo pict girls didn't start calling for 3 or 4 weeks. right now they are 8 weeks old and calling like crazy, too bad I don't have any males. :( I also read somewhere to wait until their belly turns yellowish.
