How much to feed L3/4s

As stated in the title, got a couple european mantids that i believe some are in L3 and some L4, how much should I be feeding them per day(s)?

Also, I am still starting a fruitfly culture so they are really eating microworms exclusively till i can get these things to breed.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I keep mine plump, so I'll feed them until their abdomen isn't skinny looking anymore.

ive been ripping the heads of crickets and feeding them that. its usually a clean pull but i do not know what i am doing, should i be giving them the head and guts or the main body? I feel like the body has a lot of meat but the head always pulls out some stringy goey stuff. 

I have noted the abodmen differences in my mantids and will keep them at that "plump" level

When I feed field crickets I take off the large legs and serve up the rest. If cricket is still there an hour or so later, out it comes. Now that it is getting warm here, time for all wild caught feeders. Moths, flies and crickets. Yummers!
